Personalised Orders Please ensure all personalisation details (names, dates, messages) are entered correctly at the time of ordering. We are unable to accept responsibility for errors submitted by the customer.

Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

Delivery Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
